Hello everyone! This year I made a resolution to start making Christmas cards early. I finally made my first Christmas card this year.
I took a printout of the Power Poppy Holly Berries digi last December, but I couldn't color it or make it into a card. So I colored it with copics, fussy cut it and used it in this card. I stamped the smaller peony flower from Altenew Peony Bouquet stamp set using Hero Arts Royal Red on red card stock for a subtle background.
I used some Dollar Tree green sequins and golden stars for the shaker and a glitter tape to create the frame. I like adding gold and glitter to my Christmas cards. Then I adhered the fussy cut hollyberries to the corners of the shaker element. This image was really fun to color, not as fun to fussy cut lol. But I do enjoy fussy cutting images. I cut the digi into multiple parts to fit into my layout.

The sentiment is from Unity stamps. I heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of red card stock and cut it into a fish tail banner. I love the subtle background.
Thanks for stopping by. Please stop by later today for the Inspired By Stamping January Release blog hop. This is my first release as a DT member and I'm pretty excited!!
