Really Missing You

Hello everyone!! I'm here to share another Power Poppy card. This is one of my favorite digis from Power Poppy by Marcella Hawley.


I used the Ruffled Orchids Digital stamp from Power Poppy Stamps. Wow! Look at all those ruffles!! I took a printout of the digi and trimmed it to 4" x 5.5". I colored the image with copics using Y38, Y35, YR31, E53 and E31 for the flowers, G99, YG67, YG63, YG61 and YG03 for the leaves. Then I inked up the panel with Distress Ink Antique Linen. I stamped the sentiment 'I'm really missing you' for Power Poppy Simply Camellias with Distress Ink Vintage Photo. I inked the edges of the card base with Distress Ink Vintage Photo and adhered the image panel on to it.


I'm really happy with the coloring. What do you think? The colors are inspired by the Hues to Use.

    Oh my goodness Berina, what an absolutely stunning creation, your colouring is perfection and it looks as thought you could reach out and pick that flower as it's so realistic.

    You should be Happy with the coloring Berina..they look so realistic! the shadows, highlights you have brought the flower n leaves to life with your coloring !
