Hello everyone! Today at Brutus Monroe, we are focussing on watercoloring. So I decided to watercolor with Brutus Monroe inks.
I chose the colors Sea, Oz, Cornflower and Gargoyle to make this card. I pressed the ink pad on to my acrylic block and used my brush to pick it up and color it on the Brutus Monroe watercolor card stock. I'm quite impressed with the watercolor card stock as it did endure all my trials on it and not break ;) After coloring the background, I mixed some of the sterling powdered elements with water and splattered it on to the background. I trimmed it to 3 3/4" x 5" and embossed the sentiment with Sterling embossing powder. I adhered it on to an A2 card base with BM glue.
I love how these colors look together. What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.
