Hello everyone!! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog today with this clean and simple card.
I recently used a few sketches to make cards and I really liked it. So I decided to try one more for today. This is the sketch I used (available here).
I made some modifications to it! I cut out 1" squares from Sea, Light Aqua and Dark Aqua card stocks and arranged them on to the card base, to form the pattern. Then I used a piece of purple tape to lift them all together and then added glue on the back and adhered them all down on to the card base. This was easier to do. Then I stamped the sentiment "I'd Pause my game for you" from the Gamer stamp set with Sea, Oz and Cabana surface inks. The ink colors match the card stock colors perfectly!
