Floral Happy Birthday

Hello everyone!! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog today with a floral card.

I started by stamping the floral stamp from the Conservatory Of Quotes stamp set on a piece of white card stock with Sidewalk ink, for no line coloring. After stamping it with the lighter ink, I was so scared to start coloring. So there it sat, on my desk for more than a week. Then I finally mustered up the courage to start coloring!! I started with the greens. After completing the leaves, I colored the flowers. Then I took a piece of brown butter card stock and stamped the same floral image with maple ink to create a background and adhered it on to an A2 card base. Then I die cut the copic colored panel in to a circle. I adhered it on to the brown colored panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Banners stamp set with Maple ink on brown butter card stock and fussy cut it. I adhered it with foam tape. Speaking of foam tape, did you happen to see the new foam tape at Brutus Monroe? That is a Huuuuuuge roll of foam tape and for a great price too!! Finally I added few matte brown sequins to finish the card.
