Monochrome

Hello everyone! Wish you all a very happy and blessed New Year. Hope you all had a good start of the year 2019! Today on the Brutus Monroe blog, we are showcasing monochrome cards!

I started by stamping the heart from the Gamer stamp set with Speckled Egg, Sea and Oz inks to create a ombre background pattern. I matted this piece with a piece of aqua cardstock. Then I stamped the sentiment "I'd pause my game for you" from the same stamp set with Alabaster ink on the aqua card stock. I also stamped the "Gamer Guy" with Oz ink on white cardstock, cut it out and matted with aqua card stock. I adhered both the sentiment panels with foam tape.
