Hello everyone!! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog today, with this fruity card:
I took the pineapple laser cut chipboard and applied a coat of the Meringue Pearl Paste to the lower part. Once it dried, I applied embossing ink on to the crown part of the pineapple and embossed it with Emerald City embossing powder. Then I used the Triangles stencil and applied embossing ink over the lower part. Then I heat embossed it with Golden Gourd embossing powder. For the watermelon laser cut chipboard, I took the flesh part of the fruit and applied the Razzleberry Pearl Paste to it. To the edge part, I applied embossing ink and heat embossed it with Emerald City. Then I colored the seed with black marker and adhered it on to the pink part. I took an A2 card base and inked the top right corner with Suede ink over the Triangles stencil and adhered these fruit laser cuts to the card base. I stamped the sentiment Hello from Feathered Homes stamp set with Raven ink.
I was inspired by Lauren to use these chipboard laser cuts, which were sitting on my craft desk for a long time. How do you like my card today? Please do let me know in the comments. Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day.
