Hello everyone!! Welcome back to my blog. Today, I am so excited to be a part of the Altenew Marvelous Monthly Release Blog Hop. As always, Altenew has released some amazing products for the monthly subscriptions!
Peonies, tulips, gingerbread cookies, and more! This collection of products is just the thing to help you beat the seasonal blues. You are sure to find inspiration with these lovelies as you get creative in your craft space. I have 5 cards for you today.
First up is this card using the Build A Garden - Pristine Peonies. For this card, I decided to stamp the outline image and watercolor it. I then fuzzy cut it and added it on a black card stock for the dramatic look. Sentiment is also from the same stamp set.
The second card also uses the Pristine Peonies stamp set. This time, I heat embossed the outline image and used the stencil to color the image. It was super quick! The sentiment is also from the same set.
Next up, I have this card using the Craft A Flower - Tulip Full Bloom. This flower was so easy to make - the instructions made it really easy to make this beautiful layered flower. For the background, I used one of my all time favorites - Deck Planks 3D Embossing Folder. The sentiment is from the Fresh Freesia stamp set.
This card uses the Craft Your Life Project Kit - Floral Acanthus kit. I used the embossing folder to emboss a piece of white card stock and then used stencil to color it in. The sentiment is from the stamp set in the kit.
Last, but not least, is my card using the Paint A Flower - Hibiscus. I loved coloring the flowers with my alcohol markers. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.
If you've been following me for a while, you probably know that I love coloring floral images. You can imagine my feeling when I got to work with this release :)
