Pink And Coral Flowers

Hello everyone! I'm on the Craftwell blog today, with a beautiful, summery floral card.

I used the Altenew 3D Embossing Folders on my Craftwell Cut N Boss for this card. You might have seen me using some of these before too. I used the Decorative Florals 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the beautiful florals on a oval die cut. Then I used my alcohol markers to color the embossed image. It's really easier to achieve this no-line coloring look on these embossed florals than it looks. For the background, I embossed a coral card stock with Illusion Triangles, also from Altenew. The sentiment is die cut using Altenew - Fancy Thanks die on my SNAP. I also decided to make a matching envelope by embossing the lower part of the envelope with the same embossing folder.

Envelope Art!

Hello everyone!! Today on Brutus Monroe, we are showcasing envelope art! Yes! who doesn't love to get happy mail in a beautiful envelope!

I made the envelope with Brutus Monroe Alabaster card stock. I usually like to make my own envelopes, but Brutus Monroe has a beautiful collection of envelopes in a variety of beautiful colors, you can see them here. I stamped the images of the birds and the bear from the Birthday Bear stamp set and masked them with masking paper. I positioned these images so that there will be space to write the recipient and sender'd address. I cut out masks of clouds using the cloud from the Balloon Animals stamp set. I also masked the lower part of the envelope and inked the remaining area with Rock Candy and Sea Surface inks. Then I removed the masking from the lower part and masked the upper part. I inked the remaining area with Cabbage surface ink. I used copic markers to draw the grass. Then I removed the masking and colored the birds and the bear.

I stamped the sentiment "Sent with Love" from Super Sentimental stamp set on the back of the envelope. Here's a look at the entire envelope.
