Calendar 2014 - Part 5

Here is the final part of the calendar.

To view the initial parts, please go here: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4

I'm not very good at stamping. I had bought a new ink pad from Itsy Bitsy and I wanted to try it. I used the LOTV Christmas Baubles that I had got in LOTV's bithday celebration and colored it using sketch pens and glitter. Not very satisfied with the way I stamped it initially but somehow covered it up ;) Any tips for a stamping newbie??

The poinsettias are made by me using my new Itsy Bitsy flower punch and some golden beads :)

Here is the completed calendar:

The cover page has a scripture verse.

Since this calendar was for my husband, I had to avoid flowers, butterflies and pinks :) He was very happy with this calendar :)

All the scripture verse word arts are taken from Word Art Wednesday. They share beautiful word arts of wonderful verses every Wednesday. And they are free!!

Thanks for stopping by and please feel free to share your thoughts and tips :)

  2. What a wonderful idea. It is just gorgeous and your stamping seems good. It takes a while for a stamp to hold and release ink evenly after you buy it. Thank you for dropping by and sharing your inspirational art with us today.
I pray that Bountiful Blessings come your way,
