Hello everyone!! Today on the Brutus Monroe blog, we are featuring our deco foil with stencils! Here's what I've made for you:
I started by applying the Deco foil transfer gel on to a piece of red card stock of size 4" x 5"over the Stars Stencil and let it dry. After it dried, it becomes transparent. I foiled it with the Sunrise deco foil. I cut it into 3 panels. Now I took an A2 card base and added 1/4" double sided adhesive all around the edges. I also added double sided tape exactly at 1 7/8" and 3 1/2". I removed the release paper and adhered foil on to all the area with tape. Then I adhered the 3 panels on to the card base. For the sentiment, I heat embossed the "Congrats" with Sterling embossing powder on a piece if red card stock and cut it in to a banner. I cut another banner to matte this banner and covered it's edges with double sided tape. I added foil on to it and adhered the sentiment banner on to it. I added it on to the card with foam tape.
How do you like this card? Don't forget to visit my teamies blogs to see their wonderful creations!

Foil makes every card more festive!!!
This is very cool! I like especially how you foiled the star stencil and then used the foil as layer for sentiment. Looks great!
Gorgeous, love the little tut about the foil, not good at using it..xx
