Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog. Today I have a die cut floral card.
I used the Altenew - Climbing Flowers die set to die cut the flowers and leaves on white cardstock and colored it with copics. I die cut one of the pieces of Altenew - Decorative Enamel die set on brown cardstock. I also fussy cut a white cardstock piece to go as a backing for the decorative piece. I colored the white piece with yellow copic to make it look like a lantern and adhered the decorative piece die cut on top of it. I embossed a piece of white card stock with Altenew - Brick Wall 3D embossing folder and inked it with Altenew - Butterscotch ink. I arranged the ‘lantern’ and the flowers and leaves on the embossed cardstock and adhered it. I added the die cut sentiment ‘hello’. I used the colors from the Altenew January Inspiration Challenge.
How do you like this card? Do let me know. Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day.

Thank you Alyson!
Berina, this is a lovely card! I really love those flowers, but what really jumps out at me is the way that you have shaded in just some of the embossed background. The whole thing looks lovely. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday!
Thank you so much, Barb!
