Bunch Of Stars - Thanks

Hello everyone!! This is a Thank you card that I made for one of my doctors and I had shared it on the Craftwell blog few weeks back.

We had our third baby - a boy, on March 12 :) We have named him Asher. The sisters are so excited!! You will be seeing quite a few blue baby themed cards ;)

I started with white card base and folded it to make the Z fold. I cut panels with grey card stock and covered the entire base. I then cut up pieces of light blue card stock and embossed the pieces with the Sophisticated embossing folder on my Cut N Boss. I adhered these blue panels on to all the grey panels. I die cut lots of stars using the Brutus Monroe Star dies on Silver glitter paper and grey card stock and adhered them all over the card. I die cut a small label and inked the inside with BM Sea ink. Then I stamped the sentiment on it with black ink.

Glitter Christmas Lights

Hello everyone!! Today on the Brutus Monroe blog hop we are showcasing our Christmas cards, just in time for those last minute cards!!

I traced a stamped image of the Christmas lights stamp (this month's stamp club stamp set) with the red and green glitter drops on parchment paper and filled them. I used the silver and gold glitter drops to add some accent. I waited for it to dry. Meanwhile, I took a piece of Lunchbag card stock and stamped the barn wall background with Maple ink. I took a piece of brown butter card stock and embossed the sentiment Merry Christmas from the Holiday card kit stamp set from last year with Gilded embossing powder. I die cut the sentiment with the stitched star die. I took a piece of gilded glitter stock and die cut it with the larger star die and matted the sentiment panel with it. Once the glitter lights were dry, I used foam tape to add them on to the barn wall.

Hello everyone! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog today with this monochromatic masculine card using the Glitterstock.

I took the Charcoal Glitterstock and die cut it with the Star Stitched Dies and created those solid stars and the star frames. I cut a thin strip of charcoal glitterstock and adhered it along the edges of an A2 card base. I adhered the die cut stars and star frames throughout the card. I stamped the sentiment from the Super Sentimental stamp set with Midnight surface ink and matted the panel with a piece of charcoal glitterstock. I added the sentiment with foam tape.
