Cardinal on the Window

 Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog! Today I have a tag for Christmas gifts.

I used all supplies from Honey Bee Stamps to make this tag. The cardinal is from the Lovely Layers: Winter Birds die set. I die cut in different shades of red and layered them. The rest of the dies are from Lovely Layers: Seasonal frame. I love this window frame and wanted to make a tag with it. I added gold stickles for the poinsettia center. The sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping - Poinsettia stamp set. I fussy cut the sentiment. I added a golden thread to the tag.

Yuletide Tags

Hello everyone!! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog today, with these cute tags.

I used the patterned papers from the Winter Cabin pad, cut them in to 4" x 2 1/4" and snipped off the top 2 corners. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Yuletide Greetings stamp set with Gilded embossing powder. I stamped the small images from the same stamp set with Raven ink and colored them with Copics. I punched a hole on the tags and added the golden thread. I then adhered the fussy cut images with glue.

Joy Tag

Hello everyone!! I'm on the Brutus Monroe blog with this simple Christmas tag.

I started by die cutting a piece of red card stock with the stitched star die from Brutus Monroe. Then using the triangles stencil, I applied embossing ink and heat embossed it with the Christmas eve embossing powder, Then I stamped the sentiment "Joy" from the Holiday Card Kit Stamp set with the embossing ink and heat embossed it with Gilded embossing powder. Then I punched a hole at the top and added a golden twine with few small jingle bells. Then I punched out a few pine branches on cabbage card stock and added them around the bells.

Poinsettia Charm

Hello everyone!! Today, on Brutus Monroe blog, we are using our Premium Shrink Film!! I have made a Christmas tag with a poinsettia charm.

I started by making the poinsettia charm. I stamped the poinsettia from the Holiday Card Kit stamp set with Gargoyle ink on premium shrink film and colored it with my Copics. Then I fussy cut it, punched out a hole and used my heat gun to shrink it. Then I cut out a tag from Lunch Bag card stock and stamped the star from last month's stamp club stamp set with embossing ink and heat embossed it with Christmas Eve embossing powder. I took a piece of red card stock and heat embossed the sentiment "Merry Christmas" with Gilded embossing powder. I adhered it on to the tag with foam tape. I added a golden twine through the tag and the charm. This way, the recipient can remove the charm if they want to use it on something.
