Silly Six & Seven Heaven!

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today with 2 lovely cards using our new stamps and inks. I have made 2 cards in the same theme and color scheme, yet they are different!

Card 1:

I love these ink colors! How gorgeous are they blended together!!

To make this card, I took an A2 card base and used the Hero Arts Deco Pattern stencil (one of my favorites!) and adhered it to the card base. Then I masked the center part with a oval mask on the stencil. Then I inked the card base with Aqua Blue ink and Lawn Green ink, overlapping them a bit to create the lovely teal color. Then I removed the oval mask in the center, and inked that area very lightly with the same colors. Then I stamped the 6 image and the sentiment with Jet Black ink.

Card 2:

This card also uses the same color scheme, but I left a white center for a cleaner look. I used the same method as above, with Hero Arts Glorious Petal Stencil. I adhered the stencil on to an A2 card base. Then I masked the center part with a oval mask on the stencil. Then I inked the card base with Aqua Blue ink and Lawn Green ink, overlapping them a bit. Then I removed the mask and the stencil and stamped the 7 image and the sentiment with Jet Black ink.

How do you like my cards today? I love these new ink colors!! Aren't they gorgeous!

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day!

Always in my Heart

This month is 'Love' month. What better message about love, other than I Corinthians 13? So, I thought of adding this message in this card.
This is an accordion-fold card.

I've used the pattern-paper to create a pattern. All the embellishments are hand-made by me. (My husband is a manager and loves football ;) ).

All the messages inside the card are from I Corinthians 13. I've used Lili of the Valley's Magical Floral Corners stamp to fill the 3 hearts (black and white) and on the card.

I've left some space for any personal message :)

I'm submitting this card for:
